Brandon Miller
Brandon has over a decade of law enforcement experience, including six years in criminal investigations, where he handled cases involving homicide, theft, fraud, sexual assault, human trafficking, and crimes against children. He has worked with various federal, state, and local agencies, bringing specialized training in interview and interrogation, electronic data recovery, surveillance, and tactical operations. A graduate of the Tommy Burks Victim Assistance Academy, Brandon understands the complexities of victim relationships within the criminal justice system and the critical need for advocacy.
Brandon also holds a bachelor's and master's degree in criminal justice from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. His research on intimate partner violence, conducted with professors and fellow graduate students, was published in the Journal of Criminal Justice and Popular Culture. With his skills and knowledge, Brandon is well-equipped to help others navigate the legal system more effectively.

Eric Jenkins
Eric, a Chattanooga native, chose to build his education and career in his hometown. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, then joined the Chattanooga Police Academy to begin his law enforcement career. At the Chattanooga Police Department, Eric developed valuable skills in public interaction, time management, and investigations.
After three years in law enforcement, Eric transitioned to the corporate sector as an Assets and Operations Manager with Target Corporation, gaining expertise in corporate fraud, investigations, safety, and security. In 2009, he returned to law enforcement, dedicating another 15 years to the Soddy Daisy Police Department, where he rose to the ranks of Lieutenant and Captain, overseeing various administrative and operational aspects of the agency.
Now, Eric and his trusted partners offer their expertise and service to the community with integrity, leadership, and dedication. Whether for a business, family, trust, or organization, they are committed to providing professional guidance and delivering strong results.

Jake Elrod
Jake Elrod began his law enforcement career nearly 18 years ago as a dispatcher, where he gained experience in record-keeping and communication. In 2011, he attended the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy, acquiring foundational skills in criminal law and investigations before embarking on a successful street patrol career.
Committed to continuous learning, Jake completed multiple drug and criminal interdiction courses and became a certified traffic crash reconstructionist. His dedication to uncovering the truth and his empathetic approach led to his promotion to detective in 2015. Over the next six years, he led hundreds of investigations, including financial crimes, child abuse, and homicides, using digital forensics and meticulous evidence analysis to secure convictions. He also built strong professional relationships with local, state, and federal agencies.
In 2021, Jake was promoted to Lieutenant, leading the department’s criminal investigations team. He supervised and trained detectives, emphasizing ethical investigation techniques, suspect questioning, and crime scene documentation.
While advancing his career, Jake earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Criminal Justice from Bethel University, graduating with honors. Now, he is transitioning to the private sector, bringing nearly two decades of investigative expertise, trust, and integrity to help clients navigate complex legal matters.
